SHIPPING

We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days.

The carriers we use Royal Mail, Parcel Force, and DPD.

For shipping outside the UK all items will be tracked and you will be sent these details with your despatch notification via email.

Please note that we are not responsible for any other charges that may be incurred for any local import duties or taxes

RETURNS

Everything that we make here at Amanda West is to a very high standard, and we really want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your purchase then a refund can be issued if the item is posted back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Our policy lasts for 14 days, therefore if 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that all sale / ex-display items are not eligible for a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
